3. Project Billing and Payment Default Policy
Clients are required to settle all outstanding invoices upon completion of any project. A grace period of 30 calendar days will be allowed from the date of final invoice issuance.
Failure to make payment within the grace period will result in a 10% monthly late fee added to the outstanding balance. This charge will continue to accumulate until full payment is received.
4. No Refund Policy
All services and products delivered by Chicmicro Plc are non-refundable once:
- The project has been completed, and
- One month has elapsed after delivery.
Use of the delivered product or service beyond this one-month period will be considered as acceptance, and no refunds will be honored thereafter.
5. Post-Completion Services
Upon project delivery, any additional services, modifications, consultation, or maintenance will be treated as On-Demand Services and must be paid for in full.
This applies particularly to:
- Software applications
- Server infrastructure
- Integration or scaling tasks
- Maintenance and technical support
Consultation fees and maintenance contracts must be settled before further work can commence.
6. Vendor or Contractor Switch Policy
Clients who choose to switch to a new vendor, contractor, or service provider after project delivery will:
- Forfeit all privileges and extended support benefits from Chicmicro Plc
- Be required to pay all outstanding charges related to private support, consultancy, or special arrangements
- Be liable for any pending maintenance fees
Failure to comply will result in legal recovery procedures.
7. Breach of Agreement
Any client who violates our Terms and Conditions, Service-Level Agreements, or mutual contracts (verbal, written, or implied through resource use) shall:
- Be held legally accountable
- Be responsible for all legal, operational, and reputational damages
- Incur penalties as determined by our legal and contractual terms
We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any breach.
8. Private Partnership Obligations
In private partnerships, joint ventures, or co-branded initiatives, both Chicmicro Plc and the partner organization or individual shall:
- Equally share logistical and financial responsibilities
- Clearly document all resources, roles, and deliverables
- Acknowledge that any breach of contract (verbal, written, or by action/inaction) by the partner will:
- Result in mandatory compensation
- Include penalty fees and damages as determined by Chicmicro Plc
- Require immediate cessation or rectification as advised by our legal team
